About Me
Hi, I'm Chantal, the creator of MARCH in the MEN. I did the original march in the men dating project in March of 2012 and blogged all about it. Now I'm passing on the torch for other brave girls to give it a whirl.
You could read my actual bio and find out that "I'm a 20-something girl with a flair for the fanciful. I was born in Germany, raised by an English mum in the suburb of Gilbert, lived in South America for a time and ended up right back here in Phoenix. I work as a Patent & Trademark Paralegal for a fabulous IP Law Firm in Tempe. But blogging is how I channel my creative side. I love to travel and adore all things antique. I have a love for literature and creative writing (check out my literary blog). I'm passionate about humanity, culture, music, dance, food, art and education, among other things... "
Yes, yes. You could read all of that on my bio via my other blogs. But let's be honest, if you've never met me beforel, none of that sounds very interesting. But I am interesting, somewhat, promise!
The FACTS are like this:
I'm 27 (but, I'm a bit of an old soul)
I'm a Mormon (if you don't know what that is we may have a slight problem...)
I like to DANCE, especially salsa
I'm probably THE biggest chocoholic you'll ever meet (my mum's the exception)
I generally prefer a bubble bath and book of sonnets over a crowded party
MUSIC, MUSIC MUSIC makes me happy
I ran my first 1/2 marathon 1/28/2012 (proud moment)
I probably love my brother more than you love yours!
I actually enjoy cooking nearly as much as I enjoy eating
I sunburn, without fail, every time
I'm willing to bet 75% of my wardrobe was purchased at vintage/thrift stores
I like to make silly little videos like this one and this one
And if that wasn't enough randomness for you, here's a few photofacts...
